Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
We offer standard and express shipping across the U.S. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
Large Furniture Deliveries: May require additional handling time. Our logistics team will contact you to schedule delivery if needed.
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $1000 (after discounts and before taxes).
We hope you love your new furniture, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
For damaged or defective items, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
